So, I have a lot of updates! I can tell you here, of course, but I'd also love to see you again in person, if that's something you'd be interested in too. I know we're not quite a fit, but I still feel better knowing you're okay.

There's also going to be a touch football game in the park this weekend. We could hang out then, if you want? Or not. I'm feeling so weird about all this—it was always so easy to be on the same page with you, and not quite being in sync is freaking me out, to be honest.

That's fine. It's no pressure if you don't want anything to do with this, too. I didn't tell anyone your identity here, and I won't ever unless you give me an all-clear.

There are at least three other people like us, all X-Men—Cyclops and Havok (from my universe) and Jean Grey (from a universe that's similar to yours—hers manifests as a movie in this world too). We (Cyclops, Jean, and me) are wondering if there's a focus on mutants. I know you're not one, but since at least one version of you is, there's still a slight connection.

Cyclops is my boyfriend, actually, so that's weird. I mean, in this world, he is. We weren't together before, in any form.

I'm okay with you telling people you trust my name, as long as nothing ends up public. I'm...well, I'm trying to get custody of my brother, and all of this is so crazy, and if anyone knew about any of this it would all blow up. I can't let that happen.

I don't know who any of those people are. I mean, I think I've heard of them, but not as Wanda.

But it's good that you don't have to hide it from him, right? That you're remembering all these crazy things? Because he is, too.

I'm glad you have a brother and you're not alone in this world. (Did I mention that?) I'm an only child, and I think I was missing you all along. But anyway, I won't do anything to jeopardize your custody fight.

It's okay that you don't know them. I mean, it's not ideal (for you, especially, maybe?) but the more heads trying to figure things out, the better, right? It's good not to be alone.

And yeah, it's good to not have to hide this. We have a shared history, such that it is, and it's a relief to be on the same page as him about some things.
